What is the 8-Week Transformation Challenge?

The Transformation Challenge is an opportunity for members to. kick-start or elevate their weight release program by participating in the following activities.

- Complete at least 3 workouts per week.

- Engage in the February and March Commit Courses (aim for 50% completion).

- Weigh in weekly and keep track of your meals for at least 3 days.

When does the challenge take place?

The challenge runs from Feb 5 - March 31st.

What do I need to begin?

We suggest you have the following:

Body Fat scale

Measuring tape

Weekly weigh-in tracker (provided)

Daily progress tracker (provided)

Suggested meal plan (provided)

What is the cost to register?

There is a $35 registration fee to receive your exclusive challenge T-shirt and become eligible for prizes.

When are the live calls?

There will be an orientation on Tuesday, January 30th to review all of the details followed by live calls on Feb 6., Feb 20, March 5, and March 26.

The winner will be announced on April 2nd.

Where will the challenge be held?

The challenge will be held in the Community section of weightlossgodsway.

What are the prizes?

Exciting incentives are up for grabs based on the percentage of body weight released. Remember, you're competing against yourself, not others.

Prizes include a $300 cash prize for the 1st place winner. There will also be prizes awarded to second and third place plus more surprises await.

What exactly do I have to do?

Capture your journey with starting and ending measurements, "before" and "after" photos, all uploaded to the challenge section of the WLGW platform. Each week you will share progress photos or updates about your progress.

The minimum requirement to participate is to track your meals for at least 3 days, track your workouts for at least 3 days, and complete your WLGW studies for at least 3 days of the week.

In addition to that, we encourage you to do the following: at least 1x each week:

Week 1- Upload your before photo

Week 2 - Snap a photo of one of your meals.

Week 3- Share a photo of you moving your body

Week 4- Share a progress photo- check your measurements

Week 5- Share a win

Week 6- Share a winning meal

When will I receive my t-shirt?

T-shirts will be shipped out around the week of February 12th.

What do I need to track?

We suggest you track your weekly meals and movement. For additional accountability, we also suggest you track your weekly progress in the Community here- https://communities.kajabi.com/wlgwcommunityofchampions/challenges

Who is the challenge for?

Open to all WLGW members with an active status. Keep that membership valid until the end of the contest for eligibility.
