Capture your journey with starting and ending measurements, "before" and "after" photos, all uploaded to the challenge section of the WLGW platform. Each week you will share progress photos or updates about your progress.
The minimum requirement to participate is to track your meals for at least 3 days, track your workouts for at least 3 days, and complete your WLGW studies for at least 3 days of the week.
In addition to that, we encourage you to do the following: at least 1x each week:
Week 1- Upload your before photo
Week 2 - Snap a photo of one of your meals.
Week 3- Share a photo of you moving your body
Week 4- Share a progress photo- check your measurements
Week 5- Share a win
Week 6- Share a winning meal
Week 7- share a photo of you moving your body
Week 8- Share your after photo.
