WLGW is everything I never knew I needed

I’m grateful for what this program has taught me. It wasn’t about the 3 basic habits of exercising for 15 minutes a day, tracking my food, and eating all my food before 7p. It was about the changes that God has made in my heart through the devotions, the videos, the worship songs, the reflections and discussion. I loved this challenge. I highly recommend it. It has changed my life and I’ve released so much more than the 5lbs reflected on the scale. Emotional and mental baggage…digging into the root of why m I’ve struggled with my eating for the past 30 years; that has been everything.
