Weight Loss

I planned to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week and I am so proud of myself. I have been able to lose 12 pounds. I have been able to commit to intermittent fasting 14/10 and I am loving it. When I first started back in January it was hard; however, it has become easier and I love the way I feel. I am no longer bloated all the time and my clothes fit much better. So ladies keep on doing what you have committed to do it is worth it.
