Not extreme weight loss!

Yes I actually released 6 pounds in the 28 days!!
That’s amazing but I gained new and healthy habits.
Movement and being active daily. I was doing exercise at least 3 times a week but not daily. I’ve found new muscles and soreness which Cathy reminds us all the videos is actually a good thing. This activity has brought me past yet another plateau! Since one year ago I’ve released 55 pounds! My goal is to reach the healthy weight for my height and age is just 20 pounds away!!! Finding the progress much slower as I get closer to the goal and will need every arsenal for victory especially daily exercise!
Also encouraged to do this as a group.
