Life Changing Course

This course has been life changing for me. It made me face some issues that I didn’t want to deal with. It also taught me so much about myself. I can’t wait to do Breakthrough Practice and continue on this journey. Thank you so much for this program. I have lost weight on other programs but I always gained it back. Now losing weight is not even in my top 5 goals, but I am losing. When I keep my main goals – exercise at least 30 minutes per day; keep carbs below 151; drink at least 80oz of water per day; track everything I eat or drink; keep calories below 2000 per day- the weight comes off without me even thinking about it. Not focusing on my weight has helped so much.
