Life Changing

I am so glad I took this leap of faith, and took this challenge. I have made many positive changes thanks to this challenge. I am consistently waking up with my alarm. I do some form of exercise for 15 minutes a day, and I track everything I eat. But more importantly, I have formed a stronger relationship with God. I have released 7 pounds since starting this challenge. I will beginning step 2 next week. I am forever grateful for the 21 Day Challenge. A wonderful starting point to begin this journey of weight release.
