In Process

This challenge has helped me get my feet firmly on the ground and provided so much insight on the reasons why I am being challenged in health and fitness. My success during this challenge was learning how to pray through this process and being consistent. A big part of the process was examining my unhealthy habits and day by day eliminating them. My binge/emotional eating is decreasing significantly. As I narrow down my food options that are the best fit for my body, I am going to be more successful and effective. This is excellent in helping me build a firm foundation for prayer, discipline, consistency, goal setting, organization and journaling.
