If I Bite It, I Write It

This program was very helpful for me. While I know the information, I never really applied it 100% to my life until now. I’ve never been committed to journaling my food intake and once I started it amazed me that the little bites here and there really add up. It’s definitely a key in weight releasing for me. God is doing a good work in me and I praise Him for leading me to Cathy and this group. 🙌🏻
