I DID ALL of the 21 Day Challenge

For me, this was a miracle. I completed the Challenge! I actually looked forward to watching the daily videos and writing a response. It made me think about my life and what I’ve been doing wrong with trying to lose weight. It was good to journal and dialogue with God daily about what I was doing. It was good to stick with only weighing in once a week and not worrying about everything else. It was awesome to lean and depend on God, and HEAR His Voice! I’m so thankful God sent the books, and then the Challenge my way. I lost 7 pounds during the 21 days. Normally, I’d be discouraged and disappointed, thinking why didn’t I lose more? However, the biggest part of my testimony is that my blood pressure is DOWN! 21 days of doing what I’m supposed to do — eating better, exercising 15 minutes or more, and writing everything down. It has helped me with WW and more. I plan to continue with this program because it has started to reshape my way of thinking. All the videos spoke to me. It was like, “man — was Cathy at my house?” I have already recommended her books and Challenge to several other women. I plan to talk about again at two conferences I’m attending in October and November! Praise God for Cathy and this wonderful program. I’m excited and ready to truly move forward … AND THIS IS A FIRST FOR ME. I’ve been yo-yo dieting for 37 of my 52 years.
