Habit forming

Doing the 21 day challenge has become habit-forming and I look forward to it every morning. Not only that, but it has caused me to change my eating habits. Although I did not do perfect and lose a bunch of weight in the 21 days as I had hoped, I learned a lot about why I eat and what I eat and I have a much greater self-control now because of that understanding. And the main thing is that I have learned to turn all of it over to God and let him help me. This has been a wonderful program and I look forward to continuing with another course.
