Game changer

The 21 Day challenge was good for me because of the “dailyness”. By having a lesson and a challenge each day, it really helped me to stay focused. I’ve done other weight loss programs successfully, but was never able to make it a life change and keep the weight off. I used each lesson as my daily devotional. I watched, read and listened to every part of each lesson. And I lost 6.5 pounds! But more important than the weight loss, I learned a lot about depending on God. If I had a life threatening disease, I would be laser focused on God and on asking him to get me through it. In reality, being overweight IS life threatening.
