From “I Can’t” to “I CAN!”

Wow! This 21 day challenge has been awesome! I think the biggest change has come in my thinking: I have totally changed from an “I can’t” mindset to an “I CAN!” mindset! I love that we were told to choose only one goal– that made success much more achievable. I set the goal to record my food every single day on the My Fitness Pal app. And I recorded EVERYTHING every.single.day. It has shed a lot of light on how much I have been eating! I lost 4.8 pounds during the 21 days. I truly thank God for bringing this plan into my life! Can’t wait to continue with the next course!
