Exercising in Faith

I am excited about re-framing how I think about exercise. I am going to think of it as movement in faith, a step in the right direction to having a healthier temple for honoring and glorifying Him.

I am going to continue to exercise in the mornings for 30 minutes and build up from there. I will add in muscular/strength with free weights. I will also add more movement breaks throughout the day.

Let’s get going, in Him, having fun and worshiping Him while exercising.
