Emotional Eating

I have been so blessed by the 21 day challenge. I was on a path of self destruction , eating to fill voids of tiredness, loneliness and indecision. I wasn’t unhappy, just out of control when it came to food. Over the 21 day challenge and wit God I no longer am eating mindlessl. I take time to think about what I am going to eat and do not eat after 7.
Now on to the next challenge, moving more and intentional exercising!!!
