Eating Healthy Plan

I am pleased to share that some of the healthy eating information I already knew and was following. I will read/review this information and work toward making it natural and easy to consider as I plan my meals. I had no idea of the recommended carbs, protein and fat for each day. I will work to get a good handle on these recommendations.

I want permanent change in this journey with the outcome being a lifetime of health and glory to God with my body, His temple.
