I will admit the starting of this 21 day challenge almost felt like I was walking through thick mud. I was lacking that ‘on fire’ feeling but I continued with each lesson and I was slowly breaking through those strong holds that were holding me back and making me walk in deep mud. Each lesson made the mud less deep. Now that I’ve completed the 21 days, I’m not really down on weight but many strong holds have been broken and the mud is almost completely dry. I’ve learned so much about myself and how hard I’ve been on myself. I know what’s been keeping me held back and I know I still need much more work. I’m so very excited for the next chapter and although its painful to learn and work through the past hurts its also very freeing!
