Being Transformed in 2018

I completed the 21-Day Challenge in January 2018, and lost 13 lbs in approximately 3 and a half weeks. My goal was tracking my food intake using MyFitnessPal. Doing this really opened my eyes and helped me make healthier food choice. For the first time in my life, I felt like I knew what I needed to to do release excess weight. I knew what to eat and how much to eat. I also learned that consistent exercising contributed to my weight loss goal.

The 21-Day Challenge helped my to put a plan that included food preparation, portion control, food measurement and weighing myself regularly in place. Although I strayed from this victorious plan in February and March, I knew exactly what I had to do to get back on track when I decided to take the course called Breakthrough.

Now I am back on track with the principles and practices I learned in the 21 Day Challenge, and I am able to focus on the deeper issues that are being addressed in Breakthrough. My focus now is changing my heart as I continue applying all that I learned in the 21 Day Challenge.
