21 Day Challenge is the best first step to weight loss!

The 21 day challenge is a great place to start your weight loss goals. I learned so much about my self image and what was hindering me in my weight loss. It opened my eyes to things I had not even known to be holding me back. Along with the mentors and piers sharing their journey it constantly reminded me I am not alone. This course made me feel hopeful for the next steps in my weight loss journey. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to lose weight but especially for women who do not see themselves as God sees them.
