Simple Korean Beef

  • 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 inches fresh ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon SweetLeaf stevia drops
  • 1/2 teaspoon Blackstrap molasses
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 1/2 can Frozen Green Peas (optional)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  1. Add the ground beef and sesame oil to a large skillet and cook on medium heat.
  2. Add the ginger, stevia, molasses, red pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and continue cooking until the meat is browned. About 8 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce coconut aminos and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over white rice or cauliflower rice
