LIVE - Weight Loss, God's Way 21-Day Challenge - May 2019 Edition

The first course on your journey is called the WLGW 21-Day Challenge. It will expose you to all of the reasons why you have not been successful at releasing weight in the past and teach you how to submit this journey to God.

The LIVE version includes weekly video chats and a community of women going through the challenge simultaneously!  Dedicated Facebook Group. Opens 3 times a year. May 20 - June 10.

This course takes 21 days to complete. Includes daily emails, short videos and sharing.  Weekly live video chats in Facebook group (recorded). Options to include workout videos and meal plan.

LIVE 21-Day Challenge

In this course you will:

  • Manage your schedule
  • Discover practical exercises to relax your body, mind, and spirit
  • Learn how to prioritize so you stay out of overwhelm
  • Practice the presence of God daily
  • Discover how stress effects your weight loss
  • Discover what the Bible says about rest
  • Make more time in your day to do what really matters

REST, RESTORE, REJUVENATE - LIVE

BREAKTHROUGH - LIVE

In this course you will identify your vision, and get clear on your goals, priorities, and values.

This course takes approximately 60 days to complete.

BREAKTHROUGH - LIVE

Live Group Faith in Action - Starts June 3rd

Faith in Action will challenge you to live out your Christian walk and demonstrate it in your health by:

1. Learning how to take daily decisive action in faith

2. Discovering the 10 virtues necessary to increase your faith

3. Learning how to trust and rely on community to help you accomplish your goals

In the live version, you will start with a group and participate in weekly live webinars lead by Cathy Morenzie and the team.  This will be an enhanced version with some new or revised material from the previous version (2018) of Faith in Action

This course takes approximately 10 weeks to complete.

In this challenge you will develop the habit of drinking the amount of water necessary to positively improve your health.

This challenge takes approximately 14 days to complete.

STEP 2

RELEASE THE RESISTANCE

Congratulations on completing Step 1!

Now that the foundation is laid, it's time to go deeper and understand why you've been stuck in faulty patterns repeating the same unproductive behaviors over and over. It's time to peel back another layer by releasing the resistance and reshaping your identity by God's standards.
This step takes approximately 12 weeks to complete.

Step 2 contains:

BREAKTHROUGH V2.0 (complete)

In this course you will identify your vision, and get clear on your goals, priorities, and values.

This course takes approximately 60 days to complete.

BREAKTHROUGH

Breakthrough Part 2 (Discontinued)

For those who started Breakthrough Part 1 (prior to June 19th when we upgraded to Breakthrough v2.0), this is the second part of your course.  We're leaving this up for those who are already in Part 1 so they can continue.   If you've done V2.0 or LIVE, you have completed the entire course and do not need to enroll in Part 2.

This course takes approximately 4 weeks to complete.

As you become aware of the root of the problem and release the resistance, the final and crucial step is to remain in Faith and Action, otherwise our subconscious will fight to stay in the familiar feelings and situations. In the REMAIN phase, you will learn a series of habits and strategies to change your habits until they begin to feel ingrained.
This step take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

When did you stop dreaming? When you were a child, you had great visions of incredible dreams that filled you with much joy, pleasure, and laughter. But somewhere along life's journey, you stopped dreaming. Life's bumps and bruises stole your dreams and taught you that dreaming only resulted in regret and disappointment. 

It's time to start dreaming again. In this study, you're going to begin to pave a way for the new year by reflecting on the current year, and thinking what God wants to do in your life in the coming year.

In this course you will learn how to pursue your goals in a relaxed, peaceful, yet focused intensity. You will learn how to see yourself as God sees you so you can pursue your dreams with confidence and assurance; how to use challenges to advance your goals instead of sidetracking you; and how to experience God's presence and nearness all the time.
