Step 3 - Active Practice Examples

Take a step forward to show that you are walking out of your past.
Putt your hands over your heart to show how much you are loved by God.
Stomp on the toxic thought to remove it from your life.
Exalt the name of the Lord.
Smile and visualize that God is pleased with you.
Lift your hands to the sky in surrender.
Clap your hands in victory.
Sing a verse of a related song.
Draw or sketch something.
Visualize Jesus sitting beside you.
