Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl
- 1 cup Quinoa (dry)
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Stevia
- Cook quinoa in 1.5 cups of water and 1/2 cup coconut milk, cook for about 15 minutes
- When cooked, fluff with fork and let cool a bit
- Add a few stevia to sweeten and berries of your choice
- You can also add a few nuts and seeds
