Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup Quinoa (dry)
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Stevia
  1. Cook quinoa in 1.5 cups of water and 1/2 cup coconut milk, cook for about 15 minutes
  2. When cooked, fluff with fork and let cool a bit
  3. Add a few stevia to sweeten and berries of your choice
  4. You can also add a few nuts and seeds
