Mustard-Crusted Salmon

Servings: 4


  • 4 (6 0z) salmon fillets skin removed
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard


  • Preheat the broiler. Line the baking sheet with foil and place the salmon on the foil. Drizzle salmon with salt and pepper.
  • In a blender, mix the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and mustards until blended.
  • Broil the salmon for 2 minutes, remove from the oven and spoon on the mustard sauce. Broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
