Mustard-Crusted Salmon
- 4 (6 0z) salmon fillets (skin removed)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1 1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- Preheat the broiler. Line the baking sheet with foil and place the salmon on the foil. Drizzle salmon with salt and pepper.
- In a blender, mix the garlic, rosemary, olive oil, and mustards until blended.
- Broil the salmon for 2 minutes, remove from the oven and spoon on the mustard sauce. Broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
