Workout Videos

If you're choosing to do the 15-minute exercise habit, you can add daily exercise videos which will be embedded directly into your daily challenge page. Cathy Morenzie will take you through 21 different low-to-mid impact routines.

Note: These are only added as a convenience for you, and it's not required that you follow these exercises, just be active for 15 minutes per day.

Healthy by Design: 21-Day Meal Plan e-book

HbD: 21-Day Meal Plan book While following any kind of diet is NOT a part of the 21-Day Challenge, Cathy was often asked 'what to eat' by members doing the challenge, so she created this 21-Day Meal Plan for those who were eager, ready, and willing, to jump-start their weight loss success by following a light paleo diet, or to use as a guideline and to find some recipes that work for them in their daily lives.

NOTE: We don't recommend trying to stick to the meal plan if this is your first time doing the challenge. It's far more important to receive what God has for you than to get hung up on finding the time to shop and cook every day. However, if you're redoing the challenge or are used to following strict diets, then you will find that this book provides both delicious recipes and increased weight loss success.

I am looking forward to the exercise suggestions. Sometimes my brain gets stuck in rut and that has been the case for a lot of my life in the past year plus. I’m looking for new ideas and most of all motivation to physical activity.
