That is such a great attitude, Kimberly! I also really struggle during that time of the month and my eating has reflected it.  The times I have done better have been when I keep my carbs low.  I pray you can get lots of non-food comfort over the next week and get extra support. Sometimes when I am hormonal things seem so hopeless and I can get so down on myself.  If that rings a bell, I pray you can remember that our emotions and thoughts lie to us when hormones take over.  Blessings and praying for a strong week in the Lord.  We’re here for you.
