162.5 today. Down .5 from last week and a total of 24 pounds! Wow! The biggest change is in my waist and hips where I released 6 inches and 4.5 inches since the beginning. My weekly weight loss is slowing down, like it should since it’s 3 months into the program. It’s better to look at the big picture. Thank you God!
