Oh l forgot about weigh in Wednesday. I will have to mark it on my calendar. My weight loss is very slow. Currently, l  weigh 224.6. I lost .4 this week. My health issues, which are mostly weight related, and the lack of exercise are a problem. I pray that God will help me get my priorities set and take more time for excersise and healthy eating through meal prepping.
