I’m new to the program so I need to set a reminder for Weds Weigh-ins!!  my weight syncs due to a work health program (Omada) and yesterday I was 278.2.  I’ve been trying different fibers and adding more vegetables, but I wasn’t relinquishing my morning pop tart yet.  I had a “come to Jesus” talk with myself and have been repenting because it’s like trying to hide like a kid with their hand caught in the cookie jar….but you can’t hide from yourself….just doesn’t work when you look in the mirror.  I’m on day 15 of the 21 day challenge and today was facing emotional eating and that’s my biggest struggle. Another step forward in this process – facing the issue – and praying for God’s strength and scripture to gird me up for the next battle.
