I’m a little stymied as to why/how I’ve gained weight. I did go off a little on Sat/Sun – but not by much. I’ve continued exercising 6 days a week…and staying within boundaries. Last week was a 3 lb. loss…maybe I’m evening out- but since I KNOW I’m doing well, I’m not going to stress about it…but disappointed…wanted to see another lb. gone.
