I am 164.5 today. I am down another 1.5 lbs this week, which really surprised me. I have stayed within the MFP calories for the day – but have eaten almost all the way up to the calories I “earned” by exercising. I didn’t think I would release this much. I am struggling with adding my strength training goal. We plan to go to the gym each night, but it seems like something always comes up (my adult children needing help, tires needing replaced, etc.) I think that on those nights I could simply do some pushups, setups, lunges and squats at home.
