Weigh 173.2. Lost 3.5 lbs this last week doing 20-30 carbs per day Detox diet. Pleased with results.  Started out the detox eating 50-70 carbs a day and was losing very slowly if at all. Plan on keeping carbs at 20-30 another week and then add another 10 carbs a day for two weeks.
