201lbs. +1lb from last week for a total weight loss of 1lb since I started at the beginning of the month. I’m trying to not let the number on the scale get me down, even though it seems so defining, because I have been doing my best by going to the gym 5-6 days a week and I have seen improvements in my energy levels, stamina and posture! I have had some struggles with my eating habits and I know that is an area that needs work, but that’s not my goal for this month – exercising for at least 15 minutes a day is, and so long as I’m doing that, I’m still staying the course. Praise the LORD!
