Released 3.2 lb. I’m pleased with my progress.  Planning dinners for the week, keeping the right types of food in the house, logging the food throughout the day, staying under 100 carbs and drinking at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water a day has been very beneficial for me.  I  will be adding more exercise to this week.
