I am down 4.5 pounds and I am one day away from completing the 21 day challenge. My goal was 1 pound a week, slow and steady. If I’m being brutally honest, I would say I would have loved to have lost a lot more in 3 weeks, but I want to keep weight off, and I’ve been doing things that are livable to me and not drastic. So I am very happy and proud of this. I also want to align with God’s will and plan for me. Not what I want. I surrender my ideas and this weight to the will and love of my Heavenly Father. <3
