Well I am the same as last week.  I know I had some splurges over weekend.   But this is day 14 I think for me and I have been doing so much better at not eating after my last meal which is huge.   I have to remind myself baby steps and give it to God because I really kinda want to panic and start exercising crazy etc.  I am working on one habit correction at a time but my old self is trying to tell me your not losing weight fast enough etc.  I am disappointed but not giving up.
