I’m down .2 lbs. I weigh 177.8. I like to look at my MyFitnessPal journal when i have a weigh in I see why I have lost or gained. Three out of the 7 days I went over my goal for calories. I was very good the other four days, but That explains why I only lost .2 lbs. So my goal for this week is to stay within my boundaries for all seven days. Have a blessed day everyone.
