I began WLGW one year ago today with the 21 Day Challenge devotional on Today is my husband and my 39th Anniversary. As of this morning I weigh 196 which is a weight loss of 56 pounds over this past year. I have been able to avoid desserts, candy, sweets and high sugar foods this year since last Christmas when I had my last dessert. The past 2 months I have basically plateaued at this weight. I am so grateful that I haven’t given up and I haven’t gained. I look at the plateau as practicing maintenance. My resolve is to lose another 61 pounds by our 40th Anniversary so I can reach my goal of 135lbs.
