I was 226.5 lbs this morning, which is down 1.7 lbs from last week. I’m pleased and so very thankful as I was on an upward movement there for awhile. It’s been a struggle, but I’ve made changes this week with drinking more water. I had started the 14 day water challenge but I decided to postpone it till the New Year. Why? Mainly because I didn’t check in everyday so I fell behind. Although I’m still drinking my water and have given up pop and the occasional glass of wine. I couldn’t commit to black coffee, it’s my one vice that I cannot give up, rather, I’m not willing to give up my cream or sugar. I reduced the amount of sugar. So it was a start. I am encouraged!
