Thank you so much for this post Lee. I needed to hear this. I have been a scale addict in the past. I would get on the scale everyday and on occasion multiple times a day. I have forced myself to just one day a week and occasionally I still make it more than once time a week. I was discouraged about my 2 pound gain but after reading this and the others encouraging comments I feel ok now.
