31 Days to a Toxic-Free Mind, Body, and Spirit

Get ready to detox your body from sugar and your mind from it’s toxic thoughts while nourishing your spirit with the Word of God.

The 31-Day ‘Eat, Pray, Think This...’ Challenge is a month long challenge that will transform not just your body, but your soul and spirit too!


This program is unique because we understand that we are tripartite beings. Meaning that your body, soul, and spirit are connected and you can’t change one without the other. With this principle in mind, I've put together the perfect detox program for you. 

I will walk you through each of the 31 days, guiding you and coaching you to nourish your body, soul, and spirit.


- THE MEAL PLAN CHALLENGE will detox your body from sugar by giving you an easy to follow, done for you 31 day meal plan. You can choose the level of detox you want to do based on where you are in your journey. 


- THE RENEWING YOUR MIND CHALLENGE will break down toxic thoughts that keep you from losing weight and build you up with healthy thoughts. 


- THE NOURISH YOUR SPIRIT - Get ready for 31 days of powerful prayers to connect with God in a deep and meaningful way as you detox your body and your mind. 

  • Body



    •  Wants to break free from their sugar addiction
    • Is addicted to diet sodas, fruit juices, energy drinks, or other sugary beverages
    • Is an emotional eater
    • Craves carbohydrates and sugar all the time
    • Feels they need to have a carbohydrate with each meal
    • Does not feel good after eating sugar foods, pastas, breads, grains, or other starchy foods
    • Has ‘stubborn’ weight that they can’t seem to lose, no matter what they do

    • Feels that their negative thoughts control their life and want to know how to stop

Eat This ...

For 31 days, you will learn how to detoxify your body from sugar.

We will be following the Sugar Detox Book by Brooke Alpert. We have summarized the key points in the book, but feel free to invest in a copy of the book for yourself. It will give you a deeper understanding of the dangers of sugar. Get it here: The Sugar Detox

Since we are all at different stages in your health journey, I encourage you to choose the type of detox that you will do. Spend some time in prayer and seek the Lord as to the level of detoxing that He will have you do. You will want to choose a level that will challenge you, but not totally overwhelm you.

Choose one of the following levels:

Get your feet wet: You know how sugar is negatively affecting your entire body, but you're simply not ready to give it up yet.  If this is you, you can participate in this challenge by eliminating one sugary food that you consume in excess. It may include chocolate, sugar in your coffee, sodas, donuts, ice cream or any other food that is a stronghold for you.

Waist deep: You truly want to get rid of the stronghold of sugar, but you feel that it's too big of a commitment right now to change your lifestyle so drastically. You are however ready to give up sugar in all processed foods but you will still have natural sugars in breads, cereals and fruits.

Full immersion: Participate in the full detox if you know that the Lord has led you to this time and date. You've wanted to do a full sugar detox for years or you've tried it before but have not been able to stick to it. You're ready to commit to the full 31-day sugar detox program as outlined in the book, The Sugar Detox by Brooke Alpert.

Think This ...

Do you know that you can change your thoughts?

Romans 12:2 tells us this ... "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind."

During this challenge you will learn how to break down toxic thoughts and build up healthy thoughts. 

It's time to take responsibility for your thoughts and use them to build you up and help you reach your goals instead of keeping you stuck in a cycle of fear, worry, anxiety, and regret.

Do you believe in the power of prayer?

There's no denying that prayer has the power to transform your life IF you apply it consistently and diligently to your life.

Get ready to ignite your prayer life. Pray boldly and consistently for your health, your weight, and your entire life.

Each day for 31 days, you will receive a powerful prayer that will confirm your identity in Christ; your ability to do all things through Him and help you remain focused on your body and mind detox.

Our Haven Challenge of the Month:                                 'Eat, Pray, Think This ...'

'EAT, PRAY, THINK THIS ...' 31 Days to a Toxic-Free Mind, Body, and Spirit Program is our June challenge for our  Healthy by Design HAVEN Membership program members.

To take part in this challenge, you'll need to sign up for our Haven program.

We hope you will continue with us after the challenge is over but you are under no obligation to stay.

    Haven Weight Loss Support Group is just what the name implies, a place for Christian women to come together to support one another in their weight-releasing journey.

    Features of Haven include: Monthly courses or challenges (like ‘Eat, Pray, Think This …’ or Faith in Action), Meal Plans, Workout videos, Live Q & A calls with Cathy and a weekly webinar (currently recapping our Faith in Action program).

    Of course the biggest reason is for the fellowship, accountability, and encouragement you receive from Cathy, the mentors, and your fellow Haven members.

    We will check in with you to see if you’d like to continue with the HAVEN Weight Loss Support Group.  If you do, you can join in the July program with us or just stay connected via the live calls and Facebook group, or even do an alternate HAVEN course by yourself.

    If you’re not interested in staying in the group we’ll cancel your membership and you’ll only be charged for the one month.

    The ‘EAT, PRAY, THINK THIS …’ Challenge is only available to HAVEN members.

    If you’re not interested in any of the other perks of Haven membership, you can just join for the month of June.  We will check in with you and cancel your membership, if you like, prior to the end of the month.

    No, you can merely follow the ‘EAT, THINK, PRAY THIS …’ challenge via the website and/or emails. You’ll receive tremendous value by joining in on the calls or Facebook community at no extra charge, but it’s not a requirement or expectation that you do so.
