Chocolate Almond Protein Shake

Protein shakes are one of the most convenient and power packs meals for busy people on the go. For some additional protein, you can use 1 scoop of protein powder. I recommend Isagenix.

  • 1-11/2 cups almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4-6 ice cubes


  • Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Drink immediately

The recipe might mean cocoa powder instead of cocoa butter.
