Chocolate Almond Protein Shake
Protein shakes are one of the most convenient and power packs meals for busy people on the go.
For some additional protein, you can use 1 scoop of protein powder. I recommend Isagenix.
- 1-11/2 cups almond or coconut milk
- 2 tbsp of almond butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 4-6 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Drink immediately
The recipe might mean cocoa powder instead of cocoa butter.
