Chia Pudding
- 2 1/2 cups almond milk (unsweetened (or coconut))
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 apple
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, until a pudding-like consistency is reached.
Top with small cut up piece of apple or berries before eating.
