Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond milk unsweetened (or coconut)
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 apple

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, until a pudding-like consistency is reached. Top with small cut up piece of apple or berries before eating.
