  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1.25 cups almond milk
  • stevia optional
  • few Raspberries your choice
  • few blueberries your choice
  • few strawberries your choice
  • Sliced Almonds your choice


  • In a small bowl, add the chia seeds and pour the milk.
  • Mix well with a fork. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.( You can also prepare this the night before and let it soak overnight.
  • Once the chia seeds are soaked, add sugar and extra milk if needed.
  • Transfer to another bowl and serve with fruit and nuts
