Chia Seed Bowl

  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1.25 cups almond milk
  • stevia (optional)
  • few Raspberries (your choice)
  • few blueberries (your choice)
  • few strawberries (your choice)
  • Sliced Almonds (your choice)
  1. In a small bowl, add the chia seeds and pour the milk.
  2. Mix well with a fork. Place it in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.( You can also prepare this the night before and let it soak overnight.
  3. Once the chia seeds are soaked, add sugar and extra milk if needed.
  4. Transfer to another bowl and serve with fruit and nuts
