Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I register?
The moment you enroll, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started — your member portal login, your onboarding call link to schedule with your personal coach, and your access to the Seek Him Saturday community calls. You won't be left to figure anything out alone.
When does it start?
New cohorts start the first Monday of every month. When you enroll, you'll be placed in the next available cohort and receive the live call schedule along with onboarding details from your coach. From there, you'll walk through the 12-week intensive together with your coach and your sisters — live, weekly — before stepping into 12 months of group coaching in WLGW+.
Where and when do the live calls take place?
All live coaching happens on Zoom. During your 12-week cohort, you'll have an onboarding call, weekly live group teaching every Thursday at 8:00 PM EST, plus check-ins with your personal coach.
After your 12 weeks, you'll move into WLGW+ — 36 live group coaching sessions over 12 months — three a month — plus weekly Seek Him Saturday community calls. Your full schedule and replay access live in the member portal.
What if I miss a live call?
Life happens. Every live call is recorded and posted within 24 hours in your member portal. You can watch on your own time, then rejoin the next live session caught up. The cohort moves forward together — even when one of us has to step out for a week.
Can I really pay in installments?
Yes. You can pay $997 once, or split it into three payments of $349 spaced 30 days apart. There's no interest charged, and your access to the program begins immediately either way.
What if I'm not happy with the program?
We believe in this program and the God we serve. If you step in and decide within the first 14 days that it's not the right fit, we'll honor our grace-filled refund policy on full-pay enrollments. Just email our team and we'll take care of it — no hoops, no hard feelings.
Are my credit/debit card details secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through industry-standard secure encryption — the same systems used by major banks. Your card information is never stored on our servers, and we never see or have access to your full card number. You'll see the secure padlock icon in your browser confirming the connection is encrypted.
