1. Commit to exercising every day for a minimum of 15 minutes.
2. Commit to tracking everything you eat using MyFitnessPal.
3. Commit to not eating anything after 7:00 pm (or close to that).

- Spend some time in prayer.
- Complete the daily challenge.
