So excited to see 176.0 this am on the scale.  I’m down 1.4 # this week.  I am praising God for this encouragement and look forward to further weight release and feeling even better!

So excited and encouraged after several very slow weeks of weight release, I was down 1.8 pounds this week!  The increased exercise has made a big difference.

I am a bit discouraged as only 1# for this week but I need to remember to be thankful that I’m seeing downward progress and remember to be patient.  God is faithful and good and in His time I’ll get where He wants me to be.

So encouraged that I am on the move downward.  Did well last quarter but I’m new to posting this.  So far down another 1.4 # this month to 183.  Yeah!  Thank you Jesus.

Feeling empowered and encouraged as this morning I’m down a total of 8.4#. This is amazing as my mobility has been limited being faithful I’m still losing. Praise God!

So excited this morning, down 1.6 # for a total of 6.4 since I started in the 21 day challenge in late March.

I was pleasantly surprised this week to lose .8# as the doctor has limited my walking/exercise due to severe case of tendinitis in my left leg. I’m down a total of 4.8 # since I started in mid-April.

I was afraid to step on the scale today but then I felt lighter- weird, huh? Anyway I’m down another .6 of a pound for a total of 4 # over the 21 day challenge. Praise God!
