Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2-1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • Add ice if you wish
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender for 1 minute or until well blended
